Can I download the video?
No. Videos are available for streaming only via our secure member area to protect content integrity.
How long will I have access to the video?
Your purchase gives you ongoing streaming access through our secure member area. I'm fully committed to keeping this content available for the long term. As with any online service, availability depends on continued operation.
Can I use what I learn commercially?
Yes. You may sell candles made using techniques from this tutorial. Redistribution of the video itself is strictly prohibited.

Is the video in English?
The tutorial is filmed in Japanese with English on-screen text. Hand-technique focused — easy to follow without language.
Can I use gel wax I already have at home?
The tutorial films two different waxes — one with a higher melting point and one with a lower (the softest self-standing gel wax sold in Japan, melting point 84°C) — so you can see how each behaves. If your wax is a self-standing (hard) type in tea-light size, it will work fine.
Can I get the materials outside Japan?
Yes. The core supplies — self-standing (hard) gel wax, an HTP-type wick, a small sphere mould, and pigments — are widely available through candle-supply shops and online retailers. The included Materials List PDF gives full specifications and quantities for each item, so you know exactly what to look for wherever you are.
