Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. What you purchase

Each tutorial purchase includes (1) streaming access to the tutorial video through our secure member area at rocadesignworks.com/watch/, and (2) a Materials List PDF. Access is delivered instantly after payment.

2. Access period

Access is provided on a long-term basis for as long as this service remains active. We are committed to keeping your tutorials available. Should the service ever change or close, we will provide advance notice so you can plan ahead.

3. Licence

• Personal use — allowed.
• Commercial use — allowed. You may sell candles you create using techniques from the tutorials.
• Redistribution or resale of the video content itself — strictly prohibited. This includes screen recording, sharing your account access, and re-uploading any part of the video.

4. Refund policy

Because this is digital content delivered instantly, all sales are final once streaming access has been provided.

For customers in the EU and UK: by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU and UK consumer law for digital content supplied immediately.

Our promise: if you experience any technical problem accessing your tutorial — a video that will not play, a broken registration, a PDF that will not open — contact us at support@rocadesignworks.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the problem, and if we cannot, we will issue a full refund.

5. Purchases via Etsy

Tutorials purchased through our Etsy shop are additionally subject to Etsy's terms and policies. Video access for Etsy purchases is activated through our registration page using your Etsy Receipt ID and the product code included in your PDF.

6. Fair use & account security

Your video access is tied to your email address and is for your personal use. We monitor for unusual access patterns, and we reserve the right to suspend access that violates these terms (for example, shared or redistributed accounts).
